Our infused Garlic Olive Oil is redolent with the pungent flavour of fresh garlic. This versatile, heart healthy oil can be used for sautéing, roasting, grilling, drizzling on salads, vegetables, in marinades, and with baked foods.

Notes: Particularly delightful as a replacement for butter over Pasta, baked potatoes, rice, or mashed potatoes, to drizzle on steaks before grilling, or simply for bread dipping. Pairs well with almost all of our Balsamic Vinegars.
