Oregano White Balsamic

This is a sharp, white balsamic vinegar, infused with the herbaceous flavour of oregano to produce a classic Mediterranean flavour. It is a perfect complement to a wide variety of oils, such as garlic, lime, lemon, Baklouti chili, and Milanese gremolata olive oils. It is an absolutely fantastic addition to vinaigrettes and marinades.  Use with pork, chicken, or fish. Perfect for a mind-bending Greek Salad Dressing when paired with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic!

Please note at 6% acidity this is a tart White Balsamic Vinegar and a different flavour profile than our sweeter vinegars.
