Denissimo Dark Balsamic Reduction

Our Denissimo Dark Balsamic Reduction is made from Trebbiano grapes which are naturally caramelized and cooked down to a thick must. This grape must is even thicker than our Traditional Dark Balsamic, and is aged for up to 18 years in the traditional “Batteria” of Modena using the traditional "Solera" method. The result of this careful process is an extremely complex vinegar boasting flavour notes of cherry wood, dried fruits, raisins, figs, with hints of dark chocolate and malt.    

Our exclusive “Denissimo” contains less than 1% barrel aged Italian red wine vinegar for pro-biotic effect, and slowly ages in five different casks comprised of mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, and cherry wood. 

This exquisite and exceedingly rare 1.36 density balsamic is extremely complex, boasting flavour notes of cherry wood, dried fruits, raisins, figs, along with hints of dark chocolate and malt. 

Average of 4% acidity.

Origin: Aged in the wood barrels of the traditional Solera Method in Modena, Italy.

• We offer free local delivery on orders over $75 within our local delivery area.
• Free shipping is available on orders over $135 for deliveries within Canada (Excluding Nunavut & Yukon).

Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders within Canada generally arrive within 3-7 business days. International shipping is not yet available.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using this number on the Canada Post or courier service website.

Shipping Costs for Returns If you need to return an item due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
