When purchased online, gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.

Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

We currently ship nationwide within Canada, and to limited states in the USA. Please review our shipping policy below for information on how we handle shipping and delivery. 

Shipping Methods We currently use trusted courier services such as Canpar, ICS, Purolator, UPS and DHL for all shipments.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Free Shipping Offers

• We offer free local delivery on orders over $75 within our local delivery area.
• Free shipping is available on orders over $135 for deliveries within Canada (Excluding Nunavut & Yukon).

Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders within Canada generally arrive within 3-7 business days. International shipping is not yet available.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using this number on the Canada Post or courier service website.

Shipping Damage Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or if the product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at nelsonoliveoil@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated based on several factors, including the cost of packaging materials, packaging labor, the size and weight of the package, and the shipping fees charged by our trusted couriers. We strive to provide accurate shipping rates during the checkout process.

Shipping Costs for Returns If you need to return an item due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
