Picked just before peak ripeness to ensure a high antioxidant content, and cold-pressed at a nearby facility within 4 hours of harvest, these olive oils display vibrant, robust flavours and are naturally good for your health. To ensure year-round freshness, we source oils from both the Southern Hemisphere (harvested April–July) and the Northern Hemisphere (harvested October–December), from top-producing countries like Portugal, Spain, Greece, Italy, Tunisia and Chile.

Each variety of olive creates a distinct oil. Our collection often features popular cultivars such as Picual, Koroneiki, and Hojiblanca. These versatile oils are ideal for drizzling over salads, sautéing, marinating, baking, dipping bread, or elevating your favourite dishes.
