Notes of green tea, wheatgrass, and dry herbs are followed by a lingering pepperiness, making it a distinctive choice for those who enjoy a strong, invigorating olive oil.

Made from green, unripe Kalamata olives and processed minimally, this oil boasts an exceptional concentration of antioxidants and phenolic compounds, including Oleocanthal at 347 ppm. Known for its anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties, Oleocanthal is a key benefit of this high phenol oil.

Due to the limited, small batch production of this oil, it is exceptionally priced compared to the other Ultra Premium Olive Oils that we have to offer.
