This limited production, early harvest oil from Greece is known for its intense astringency and robust profile. Notes of green tea, wheatgrass, and dry herbs are followed by a lingering pepperiness, making it a distinctive choice for those who enjoy a strong, invigorating olive oil.

Made from green, unripe Kalamata olives and processed minimally, this oil boasts an exceptional concentration of antioxidants and phenolic compounds, including Oleocanthal at 347 ppm. Known for its anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties, Oleocanthal is a key benefit of this high phenol oil.

Due to the limited, small batch production of this oil, it is exceptionally priced compared to the other Ultra Premium Olive Oils that we have to offer.

• We offer free local delivery on orders over $75 within our local delivery area.
• Free shipping is available on orders over $135 for deliveries within Canada (Excluding Nunavut & Yukon).

Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders within Canada generally arrive within 3-7 business days. International shipping is not yet available.
