Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Free Shipping Offer Free shipping is available on orders over $135 for deliveries within Canada (Excluding Nunavut, NW Territories & Yukon).

Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders within Canada generally arrive within 3-7 business days.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using this number on the respective courier service's website.

Shipping Damage Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or if the product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@nelsonoliveoil.com. We will work with you and the courier service to resolve the issue.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated based on several factors, including the cost of packaging materials, packaging labour, and the shipping fees charged by the courier companies which are typically calculated by the size and weight of the package, and where the package is travelling to and from. We strive to provide fair shipping rates during the checkout process.

Shipping Costs for Returns If you need to return an item due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

U.S. Shipping – Import Taxes & Duties While you will not be charged any Canadian taxes at checkout, your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees, depending on the local regulations of the State you reside in. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and may be collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
