Cranberry Pear Roasted Brussels Sprouts
This is one for all you Brussel sprout lovers out there! A crispy delight featuring Nelson Olive Oil Co. Garlic Infused Olive Oil and Cranberry Pear White Balsamic vinegar. The pomegranate seeds and toasted nuts bring vibrancy and depth to this dish. The feta is optional but highly recommended! A great side dish for turkey and chicken or serve as an appetizer or snack. If you don't have an air fryer, get one (LOL) OR just use use a baking sheet and your oven set at 375F.

2 cups Brussels sprouts, outer layers removed, halved and tough stems removed
1/4 cup raw, unsalted pecan or walnut halves
1/4 cup raw, unsalted whole hazelnuts
1.5 tbsp NOOC Garlic Infused Olive Oil
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
2-3 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
Salt (lots!) & fresh ground pepper, to taste
PREHEAT air fryer to 375F
TOSS Brussels sprouts and nuts in Garlic Olive Oil, salt & pepper (lots of salt really makes them good!)
AIR FRY for 10 mins tossing every couple minutes until just starting to brown
DRIZZLE with Cranberry Pear White Balsamic, toss well and return to air fryer for 5-8 minutes tossing often until golden brown to your desired crispness.
TOP with pomegranate seeds and feta!
