Enjoy our banana protein pancakes made with ripe bananas, eggs, and protein powder, fried in our Butter Taste Infused Olive Oil. Drizzle with our rich Dark Chocolate Balsamic for a delicious treat!
1-2 tbsp protein powder (vanilla or unflavoured) (optional)
Mix the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, baking powder, and flour. Add protein powder if desired. Mix well until smooth and fully combined.
Heat the Pan: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of Butter Taste Infused Olive Oil to coat the bottom.
Fry the Pancakes: Pour small amounts of the batter into the skillet, frying for 1-2 minutes until the edges are set and the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side.
Serve: Stack the pancakes on a plate and drizzle generously with Dark Chocolate Balsamic. Serve warm with sliced banana and enjoy your delicious banana pancakes!
