Mix the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, baking powder, and flour. Add protein powder if desired. Mix well until smooth and fully combined.
Heat the Pan: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of Butter Taste Infused Olive Oil to coat the bottom.
Fry the Pancakes: Pour small amounts of the batter into the skillet, frying for 1-2 minutes until the edges are set and the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side.
