This moist, citrus-kissed Bundt cake is made with our Orange Fused Olive Oil, infusing every bite with bright, natural orange flavour and a delicate richness. Balanced by creamy yogurt and a hint of fresh zest, it’s a simple yet elegant dessert perfect for brunch, tea, or a light finish to any meal. Serve as-is, or dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with a citrus glaze for extra flair.

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

¾ cup orange-fused olive oil
1 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
½ cup plain yogurt
½ cup milk
Zest of 1 orange
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Dry Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ¾ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt

Directions

Preheat to 350°F. Grease/flour Bundt pan.
Mix dry ingredients.
Beat oil and sugar, add eggs, yogurt, milk, zest, juice, vanilla.
Combine with dry ingredients. Bake 40-45 min.
Cool 10-15 min before removing from pan.
