Indulge in the perfect blend of sweet, nutty, and tangy flavours with these Roasted Pears with Walnuts and Pomegranate Balsamic Glaze! Tender, caramelized pears are drizzled with a rich, syrupy balsamic glaze and topped with toasted nuts for a delightful crunch. Finished with a touch of cinnamon and fresh mint, this elegant yet simple dessert is perfect for any occasion. Serve warm or at room temperature for a naturally sweet, satisfying treat!
2 tbsp Olive Oil (Ultra Premium or Tuscan Herb)
1 tbsp Pomegranate Dark Balsamic
4 ripe pears (halved and cored)
Roast the Pears: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pear halves cut side up on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
Prepare the Glaze: In a small saucepan, heat the Pomegranate Dark Balsamic over medium heat. Add honey or maple syrup and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Garnish & Serve: Add fresh mint leaves for a pop of colour. Serve warm or at room temperature.
