Persian Lime & Mango Avocado Salsa
This ultra fresh tasting salsa features Nelson Olive Oil Co Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil and Alfoos Mango White Balsamic. Try it with your favourite seafood or serve with tortilla chips as a snack! If you want it to keep a little longer in the fridge don't add the avocado until just before serving.

1 ripe mango, diced small
1 ripe avocado, diced small
1/2 red pepper, diced small
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
1/2 red onion, minced
1/4 fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 a lime, juiced
1 tbsp NOOC Persian Lime Olive Oil
Combine all ingredients except avocado, then add avocado and GENTLY toss (as to not squish). Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 3 days, just be sure to only add avocado just before serving. Goes great with white fish, pork, ckicken or just plain ole' tortilla chips!
