A sweet and tangy BBQ recipe that’s perfect for summer, featuring our June 2025 pairing. Juicy chicken breasts are marinated in Cascadian Wild Raspberry White Balsamic and Lemon Fused Olive Oil, then grilled to perfection. Easy, flavourful, and ideal for pairing with greens or grilled veggies.
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except the chicken.
Place chicken breasts in a large zip bag or container and pour marinade over top. Seal and refrigerateto let the flavours soak in for 2-4 hours, or overnight for best results.
Let rest a few minutes before serving. Find serving suggestions in the notes! Enjoy :)
Garnish with some chopped fresh thyme.
Serve with:
• Steamed rice or wild rice
• Baby spinach or arugula
• Grilled asparagus or seasonal vegetables
