Pomegranate Dark Balsamic and Garlic Infused Olive Oil combine in this bold and tangy marinade, ideal for steak but also perfect with pork or tofu. It delivers deep flavour with minimal effort, making it a great go-to for grilling season. For best results, marinate well in advance of cooking to tenderize and intensify the taste.
1/3 Cup Pomegranate Dark Balsamic
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Place steak (or pork or tofu) in a sealable container or large zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over top and coat thoroughly. The flavours will begin soaking in.
Seal and refrigerate for 3 to 6 hours, turning the meat at least once during marinating. Leave in the fridge overnight for best results.
Cook your steak (or alternative protein) to your desired doneness by BBQ, grilling, broiling, or baking.
Tip: This marinade also works great as a finishing drizzle if lightly reduced. Brush it on just before serving for extra shine and flavou
