Blackberry-Ginger & Lime Chicken Salad
It's spring and salads are in the air! Well, maybe not literally but it is definitley a time when most of us start thinking about lighter and fresher meals. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE comfort food all year round but there's nothing like a nice healthy and flavourful salad for lunch or even dinner!
Ingredients
spinach & arugula or greens of your choice
cooked quinoa
For the dressing blend...
- 1 part NOOC Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic
- 1 part NOOC Persian Lime Olive Oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Toss everything together and enjoy!
