A-Premium Dark Balsamic

Certified to come from Modena, Italy, the grape must used to make our Premium Dark Balsamic undergoes cooking and caramelizing in copper kettles over an open wood fire before being aged in the Solera System. Varietal wood barrels of the Solera System are charred on the interior to add character & complexity while deepening the colour during the ageing process.  The result is a complex, yet tart vinegar with a touch of sweetness, and subtle dried fruit characteristics.

The A-Premium Dark Balsamic stands out with its exquisite flavour complexity, a delicate balance of sweetness and acidity. At 6%, it has higher acidity compared to our Traditional Dark Balsamic or our Denissimo Balsamic Reduction. This A-Premium variety enhances dishes with its sophisticated taste, making it perfect for gourmet applications.

Ingredients: Grape must, wine vinegar, natural flavours, naturally occurring sulfites. No caramel colour or additional ingredients.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

• We offer free local delivery on orders over $75 within our local delivery area.
• Free shipping is available on orders over $135 for deliveries within Canada (Excluding Nunavut & Yukon).

Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders within Canada generally arrive within 3-7 business days. International shipping is not yet available.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using this number on the Canada Post or courier service website.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated based on several factors, including the cost of packaging materials, packaging labor, the size and weight of the package, and the shipping fees charged by our trusted couriers. We strive to provide accurate shipping rates during the checkout process.

Shipping Costs for Returns If you need to return an item due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
