Our Blenheim Apricot White Balsamic Condimento, which is aged up to 12 years, is juicy, fragrant, sweet, slightly tart and simply mouthwatering. With the enticing flavor of fresh, ripe apricot, it tastes like summer in a bottle. Our recommended applications include: dressing, vinaigrettes, glaze, reduction, marinade, fruit salad, chicken, or grilling.
Extremely adaptable and can be paired with any of our extra virgin olive oils, such as Hojiblanca, as well as our flavoured oils, such as Tuscan herb or Herbs de Provence, to make a light, tart vinaigrette.
Use it to marinate, pork and poultry or to add a splash to your sparkling water for a delightful, refreshing shrub beverage.
