Our Sofi Award-winning, artisan Serrano Honey Vinegar is sweet, tart and spicy. This gourmet condiment combines the bright, spicy notes of serrano peppers with the natural sweetness of honey, resulting in a delightfully balanced flavour profile.
Amazingly complex, it makes for a great addition to salsa, Ceviche, a Bloody Mary & shrimp on the grill. Delicious drizzled over sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese. Add to dressings for leafy green, potato, pasta and rice salads. Toss with sliced strawberries and a grinding of black pepper for a delicious dessert. Can be used in place of traditional grape-based vinegar.
