Directions
Caramelize the Apples: In a skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter-flavored olive (or real butter) over medium heat. Add chopped apples and sauté for 5 minutes. Then, stir in Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic and cinnamon, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
Cook the Bacon: In a separate skillet, fry chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Mix the Dip: In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese and Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil until smooth. Fold in caramelized apples and crispy bacon.
Chill & Serve: Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to let the flavours meld. Serve chilled with crackers or crusty bread for dipping. Enjoy!
