After Hours Tasting Parties

An evening of GOOD TASTE!
We love to host loyal customers, friends and new-comers in our beautiful tasting room in downtown Nelson BC. You will be guided, fed and educated by our helpful and friendly staff while you enjoy an evening with us. Let us help you build on your previous knowledge or discover the new and wonderful world of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegars! Parties are held after our store closes between 6-8 pm and generally last less than 2 hours. Bookings can be done over the phone or in the store. Note that we do curtail the parties during our busiest months of July, August and December.

Cost is $20 per person to be collected by the host and submitted before or at the beginning of the party.
We require a $60 deposit in cash with booking of the party, refundable up to 1 week before the scheduled night.
10% off ALL purchases for everyone during the party, also NOOC Loyalty Program punches and applied towards future purchases.
Gift from us to the organizer or designate if desired, and a draw prize for one lucky guest!
Upon entry there is bread for dipping and oil & vinegar combos set out, as well as some other gourmet product sampling.
We’ll also have sparkling water ‘Shrubs’ for you when you arrive.
After a short presentation we bring out ‘undressed’ green salads, party guests create their own salad dressing with our oils & vinegars. We’re here to help with suggestions, and to assist you in creating your own signature salad dressing!
Second course is fresh fruit bowls, which you also ‘dress’.
You will be ending with Vanilla ice cream, which you also drizzle.
The whole event takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.
Please inform us of your FINAL NUMBERS before 5 pm on the day prior to your booking, as well as any special dietary needs (gluten free etc.). We cannot guarantee we can successfully handle all dietary needs, but will do our best.
*Organizer is to collect all the entry money and have it for us at the start of the night.
No ‘outside food’ please!
Party size is limited to 8 to 15 people.
