Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil & Suyo Cucumber White Balsamic
A punchy not-too-sweet pairing that will trick you into thinking you are sailing the Mediterranean seas! The lemon, garlic, parsley and mint of the gremolata are a perfect match for our new Suyo Cucumber White Balsamic.
Ways to use:
A simple dressing for Greek inspired salads using 3 parts olive oil and 1 part balsamic, salt & pepper (add a little honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter)
Marinade for chicken using 1 part olive oil and 1 part balsamic, salt & pepper
Use the Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil for roasting potatoes, in hollandaise instead of butter, or drizzle it on hummus
Try adding a splash of cucumber balsamic to a glass of sparkling water for a refreshing cucumber 'shrub' or drizzle on sliced cucumber with a little salt and pepper
