This complex and fragrant Olive Oil presents cut grass aromas from Galega, with tomato and stone fruit notes from Picual. The Cobrançosa variety contributes pronounced savoury and floral flavours, reminiscent of rose petals, with a peppery finish.

Galega and Cobrançosa are distinctive traditional Portuguese varieties.
